Refund policy
We want you to love what you ordered — but if something’s not right, we’re here to help. Most items purchased from our store are eligible for return or exchange, provided they meet the guidelines below. Our support team is available Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. EST.
We respond to all emails within 24–48 business hours, excluding weekends and U.S. holidays.
Please allow 1–2 extra business days for responses during high-volume periods like product launches or restocks.
Return & Exchange Eligibility
- Requests must be made within 7 days of your original delivery date
- Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged by customer and in original condition
- All original tags must be attached
- Final Sale Items are not eligible for return or exchange
- Products damaged due to customer handling, wear, or wash are not eligible
We do not provide return labels unless your order was incorrect or damaged upon delivery. Please contact us at for assistance if you received an incorrect or damaged item.
Please include a note in your return package with the following information:
- Items you want refunded or exchanged
- Your order number
- Return shipping address (if different from original, for exchanges)
- If available, please include the original packing slip, as it serves as proof of purchase
We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service (such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, or DHL) when sending items back to our fulfillment center. We are not responsible for lost return shipments sent without tracking or packages not received if sent via a non-traceable carrier. We do not accept C.O.D. packages.
Shipping fees are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are your responsibility, and you must purchase a return label. The return address is listed below.

Once we receive your return shipment, our customer service team will contact you to confirm receipt and the next steps. If you’ve requested a refund, it will be processed for the full item price plus any applicable taxes—minus shipping fees—and credited back to the original payment method. Returns and exchanges typically take 7–10 business days to complete.
